Made-to-Order Products (Final Sale)
All products sold on test.gamedaygarment.com are custom made to order and produced specifically for each customer after purchase.
For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Design, color, or style preference
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing charts, and order information carefully before completing checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
Once an order enters printing, customization, or packaging, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at support@test.gamedaygarment.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim:
- Clear photo evidence of the issue is required
- Photos must include the item and shipping label
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement item only.
Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.
Items Not Eligible for Replacement
We do not offer replacements for:
- Size-related issues due to customer selection
- Minor color or print variations
- Normal wear and tear
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
Disputes & Chargebacks
By placing an order on gamedaygarment.com, customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Products are made to order
- All sales are final except for verified defects or fulfillment errors
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
This policy may be used as supporting documentation in payment disputes and chargeback reviews
